Se introducen nuevos delitos relacionados con la actividad econ\u00f3mica, el mercado y los consumidores, lo que supone la necesaria adaptaci\u00f3n de los procesos y actividad de la empresa al nuevo marco legal.<\/p>\n<p>La extensi\u00f3n de la responsabilidad penal a las empresas por los delitos cometidos por sus directivos, empleados o colaboradores supone <strong>un nuevo riesgo empresarial que puede comportar graves consecuencias<\/strong>, desde la imposici\u00f3n de importantes multas econ\u00f3micas hasta la disoluci\u00f3n de la propia persona jur\u00eddica.
