C\u00f3mo buscan las empresas el talento en un mercado de oferta.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del proceso de reclutamiento y selecci\u00f3n de recursos humanos las empresas contratan al personal adecuado para ocupar una posici\u00f3n determninada en la empresa. Este proceso debe estar alineado con la estrategia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda con el fin de apoyar al cumplimiento de los objetivos definidos en el medio y largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p>Esta sesi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 impartida por <strong>Silvia Esteve<\/strong>,\u00a0Licenciada en Derecho por la Universidad de Valencia, Experto Universitario en Direcci\u00f3n de los Recursos Humanos en la Empresa por la UNED y en <a class=\"e_externa\" href=\"http:\/\/www.doeua.es\/experto-en-direccion-y-gestion-de-recursos-humanos\/\">Direcci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n de los Recursos Humanos por la Universidad de Alicante<\/a>.
